Dr. Wilson has been working in healthcare for over 30 years. She worked as a paramedic during undergraduate school, as an anesthesia technician in cardiovascular surgery during medical school, and as a clinical researcher her fourth year in medical school studying the effects of homeopathic preparations on PTSD biomarkers. She did her internship as an internal medicine hospitalist at Barrow Neurological Institute in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, and a post-doctorate at Harvard Medical School in global clinical research. Dr. Wilson is also a neuropsychotherapist for pediatrics and adults, a myotherapist, and a trained midwife and continues to use an integrative approach to patient care and counseling clients as well. She is currently employed at VirtualWellness.Online in telehealth and telecounseling and as a college professor for massage therapy, medical assistant, and nursing courses.
