Practice Information

Dr. Erin Winter has been helping thousands of men and women live life with purpose and passion using the full spectrum of naturopathic care.

Struggling with her own debilitating health crisis that was not remedied with conventional western medicine, Dr. Winter was introduced to naturopathic medicine as a teenager. Her family decided to try an alternative form of health care. A local naturopath was able to help her turn her health around in just a few short weeks.  Even as a teen, Dr. Winter was amazed and impressed at the power of naturopathic medicine and the knowledge base of her practitioner.  From that point forward she knew she had to pursue a career in naturopathy.

In 2008, she received an Exercise Science degree from NAU and then a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2013.

Dr. Winter’s clinical training and experience is further grounded in alternative pain therapy specialties enabling her to successfully treat conditions ranging from acute injuries to chronic pain and continues to seek training in prolotherapy and PRP prolotherapy including training from the American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Regenerative Medicine, Maui Regenerative Medicine, and the Advanced Applications in Medical Practice.

One of her focused specialties today is hormone optimization.  With huge advancements in age related medicine she is excited about the relationship between individualized age balanced hormones and the prevention of a variety of degenerative diseases like heart disease, Alzheimers, depression, diabetes, osteoporosis, and joint pain and degeneration.  She provides various forms of hormone replacement therapy including BioTe hormone replacement pellets.

Her primary mission as a naturopathic physician is to help as many people as possible age gracefully with hormone balancing, natural pain management and natural aesthetics
