Refund Policy
Cancellation / Refund Policy for AzNMA Conference Attendees:
60 days prior to conference date = full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
30 days prior to conference date = 50% refund minus a $50 processing fee
under 30 days prior to conference date = no refund and no credit given.
Additionally, NO REFUNDS and NO CREDITS are granted for "No-Shows" to the Conference. If you wish to cancel and request a refund in accordance with the above Cancellation/Refund policy, send an email to director@aznma.org
Cancellation / Refund Policy for Online CME Courses - digital product downloads:
No refunds will be granted on digital product downloads, except in cases where the content may be inaccessible to the user, and the inaccessibility cannot be resolved by Tech Support.
Cancellation / Refund Policy for AzNMA webinars:
To receive full refund on webinar registration fee, you must email a request for refund to the AzNMA Executive Director at least 7 days prior to webinar date. Email: director@aznma.org
NO REFUNDS and NO CREDITS are granted for "No-Shows" to the webinar.
Cancellation / Refund Policy for one or two day AzNMA Seminars:
To receive full refund on registration fee, you must email a request for refund to the AzNMA Executive Director at least 14 days prior to the seminar date. Email: director@aznma.org
NO REFUNDS and NO CREDITS are granted for “No Shows” to the seminar.
